  1. Click on the Download button to download the soft-phone
  2. Click on "Run"
  3. Let wizard guide you through the setup
  4. A soft-phone Dialpad Icon will automatically be installed on your Desktop
  5. The soft-phone will automatically open each time you switch on your computer
  6. If you have switched off the phone, Double click on the Icon to activate your soft-phone
  7. Enter your ID number and PIN privided by us
  8. Enjoy the high quality soft-phone communication at extremely low rates

 

There are 3 simple ways of using the RAM Telecoms VoIP Soft-phone (pick one that is convenient to you)

  1. Use your normal analog (home) telephone by attaching an ATA Device (Analog Terminal Adapter) to your normal internet router
  2. Use a Soft-dialer (DOWNload HERE) and connect a Head-set connected to your computer
  3. Use a Soft-dialer (DOWNload HERE) and connect a USB phone to your computer
